Following the Machining Process, where we harness cutting-edge precision engineering, we enter the realm of meticulous assembly. This step is vital to ensure that all mold components, including plates, inserts, pins, sleeves, lifters, slides, gibs, and more, seamlessly come together.

The assembly process is a critical juncture, guided by a well-defined procedure. We start by gathering all individual parts, ensuring each one is in pristine condition and ready for assembly. Cleanliness is paramount, and our team diligently cleans every part, eliminating any grit, debris, or chips.

As assembly commences, all mold plates, inserts, and components are brought together at a dedicated workspace. Our assembly area boasts a clean table and two rails for sliding plates into position. We employ tools in optimal condition, including allen wrenches, aluminum pry bars, rubber, copper, and aluminum mallets.

Attention to detail is paramount throughout the assembly process. We install sub-inserts, gate inserts, core pins, and more into primary inserts, meticulously confirming their correct markings and positions. The entire assembly procedure is executed with precision to prevent any inadvertent damage or issues.

Our meticulous assembly extends to mounting the B-Plate onto the Support Plate, inserting and lubricating ejector pins, sleeves, and blades, installing return pins and springs, and securely attaching the Ejector plate. We validate the functionality of both the Slide assembly and the Ejector assembly, ensuring they move effortlessly and without complications.

The A-Plate is affixed to the top clamp plate, with the installation of A-Half insert set, heel blocks, angle pins, and other A-plate components. Locating rings and sprue bushings are meticulously installed and verified for correctness.

Our dedicated Quality Control team diligently inspects the assembly process to ensure it aligns with our predetermined quality standards. Once the mold attains these exacting standards, it proceeds to the polishing and hardening stage.
