As the journey progresses, the product design department steps in, providing vital product information to our injection mold design team. Remarkably, within the same two-day timeframe, our skilled injection mold designers complete their own cost analysis, seamlessly transitioning from requirements to design. The Research & Development department plays its part by releasing the “Mould Making Apply” to the plastic injection mold design department, marking a significant milestone in the process.

The injection mold designers then assemble a team of relevant experts to conduct a comprehensive project review. Every facet, from product structure to mold structure, cooling systems, runners, slang, venting, and more, undergoes thorough scrutiny.
